I found this the other week and just assumed it was Chance because it was sat with a couple of swirl pattern dishes.
But now I'm thinking there is a chance that it is not Chance.
Okay, I looked on Chanceglass.net and these pages first finding nothing similar.
helpful IDing info:
it's shown against a piece of white A4 paper for reference of size and colour.
it's printed both sides.
colours are clear glass, yellow and orange/red design with a gold rim.
HELP! please.

Yes, that's Chance and quite a rare one. What size is it?
Not completely sure as I've mislaid my Chance book, but I think that one's Golden Spray. :D

Thanks guys. It is of course there on chanceglass.net but under 'pictorial' rather than 'graphic' designs. didn't look in the right place or hard enough. Too easy to ask you guys (well, if about 7 attempts to get the pics. to upload is easy).
But nice to get a little feedback re possible rarity. Unfortunately it has a scratch on it.
As in the description it's roughly the length of a piece of A4 paper and about 2" wider.
I think it's the shape 'rounded rectangle', it reminds me of the old tv screens.
Sorry not to be any more specific but I don't want to have to take out of the cabinet again incase I break it or something else.

That's very big! What a lovely thing to find. :D

Designed by Peter Tysoe for Chance in 1970 as part of the revamp the company did to its entire range of Fiestaware. The pattern isn't necessarily rare, but finding it on the platter is "quite uncommon" ;D

Thanks for detail. I like it and finding has given me an interest in Chance which I usually leave behind unless I think I can ebay it.
