5.25 inches across and 1.25 tall, no wear, not seen one like this before, help !  ::) ;D

Been searching online and posted pictures on a paperweight site, seems like no-one knows who or where this is from  ??? ;D

The base with the clear glass and white ring looks similar to pieces of Murano Lattimo I have. I think "pebble" is the right word for it.

Typical Murano Base of that style.  Any number of potential makers.
