Title: Millefiori perfume bottle - not Baccarat

I have let the seller of this millefiori bottle (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574631383&toolid=10001&campid=5336261829&customid=&icep_item=120940554958&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) know that it is Old English, rather than Baccarat. It was sold at Gorringes earlier this week, but did not attract me as I think the bottle and stopper are a 'marriage' - ie did not start out in life together. The base looks like Richardson, and they were pretty good at putting on matching stoppers, whereas this stopper (although also Richardson) appears to be somewhat different in design.

Looks like they took notice, no mention of Baccarat now.

Hi Nick

Yes - we have exchanged a few messages and I have explained what it really is.  Pity it was not Baccarat - I'm not sure I have even heard of one, let alone seen one.

There were some very nice weights in that sale, I resisted though.
