Title: ID help iridescent paperweight Daniel Brett?? ID = Suffolk Manor Studio Glass

Any ideas please on this paperweight which is clear overlaid with blue iridescent finish and cut away to leave cat decorations. There are various inscriptions on base. These look (to me!) to be Daniel or David Brett, 2004 and a cou[ple of other indecphireable  words.
I would be very grateful for any thoughts on this, thank you John

Looks like Suffolk Manor Studio glass, similar to a piece, see pic'  I posted a while ago, don't know the name, ;D
