Hi , this piece has a small polished pontil and looks late 19th century,would Kralik be the main suspect ? Thanks .

The green trail made me think of Stuart.

There is obviously an anomaly in the Rd No. but interestingly 366502 is registered to Stevens and Williams.  ???

I don’t think stewart Nev,but maybe ,I haven’t seen enough of it probably.
