Title: Signed Strathearn ?

I see why the seller says 'signed' for this item (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?type=2&campid=5335820906&toolid=10001&customid=&ext=400001375409&item=400001375409), but I think it is wishful thinking. It is not a signature cane I have ever seen before.

I'm inclined to agree. The central cane looks like it was supposed to be a sort of pinwheel that got smooshed a bit.
