Is that vaseline glass too?  If so, add vaseline to your title, perhaps MrVaselineGlass might know something of help.  :D

I associate that style of opaque pattern uranium with Walsh Walsh - maybe Bernard can confirm as soon as he got his computer up & running.

Ivo — I follow your line of reasoning, but these closely repeated patterns are not typical of known Walsh designs.   So I looked in Heacock (now I have book II (2) as well as book 9), and there is nothing like it at all, significantly reducing the possibility of an American glassworks.   So my best guess would be British or possibly European glass in a British (right-hand drive) mount.

The pattern is reasonably well known with one or more examples on offer at most major British glass fairs.

Note that I am not saying that the glass is not by Walsh.

Wasn't Sweden also a right hand drive at some point? 1960's I presume.

Other RH - Australia, NZ, Hong Kong, Hiribati, Brunei, Japan, India, Ireland and lots of old UK colonies.

Some very early american vintage cars were also right hand drive.

Actually, if you look closely, this is not 'left' or 'right' drive.  The rod is attached on a center strut, which means it is a 'center' drive!

The wheels might be better able to date it than anything else.
I have seen open salts that were victorian era that have a very similar (but not exact) spot pattern.  Tough to tell with the metal frame in the way.

It could be Walsh Walsh, or Powell, or Richardson, or Webb, or, or, .....
It is most definitely English and all I can say for sure is that I want to buy it!!!
