Hi this dish is 8" from tip to end of the handle and I have no clues at all! Anyone seen one before? kindests em

wondered if it might be a frigger of some sort, but don't see anything remotely approaching this shape the Nailsea book. a modern take on one though, perhaps :-\

Colour and pontil mark finish are consistent with Empoli verde. Never seen this model before though.

Has good signs of ware to base, and a lot of imperfections in the glass, making thinking it's an older piece rather than a 20thc one?

wear takes 15 years or less to appear.

I don't think it's empoli the base is uneven the glass is less bright and the air bubbbles and grit are too many

But it might just be one that was sold as a second, which is why it's such poor quality, because as you say Ivo it looks like theirs xx
