Is this a Swedish horse and who made it.?

I still think it's a ram, there is one on Ebay but the maker is unknown and another online on the website piscine-services. com, unfortunately the site doesn't seem to exist.

Might be worth checking out Kosta Boda's Zoo animals.  It bears some similarity to the way in which they are made.
