Title: Murano or not? ID = Chinese

Can anyone give me a definitive opinion on the maker of this style of glass vase. They have never been my thing and Ive always assumed them to be 60s Murano. Recently I have been coming across similar vases described as Stevens and Williams. Can this be possible.?
