Title: Crystal Cut Weight? ID Help

Hi There.
            Could some one please help with the ID of this Cut  Crystal paper weight please. height is 2.5" and the width is 2.3/4" and weighs 424g

Also look at Edinburgh, they did cut crystal paperweights.
