Title: Facetted Glass paperweight, white & yellow streaks with bubbles
Post by: Greg. on March 20, 2022, 12:54:22 PM
Hi All,

Would welcome any views on this paperweight. Has 6 facetted sides around the circumference, each of the facets has a cut oval inside. The top and base have also been facet cut in the same fashion. The core has been decorated with yellow and white streaks and controlled bubbles.

Measures approx 7cm in diameter and 5.5cms tall and weighs 621 grams.

Reminds me a little of some of Ray Annenberg's designs for Whitefriars, although can't quite find a match with this faceting.

Thank you for looking.

Greg

Thanks for taking a look Christine, I had wondered about that possibility too. Hopefully, one of the paperweight members may know either way.
