not sure how to describe this piece...but i guess its modern and has pontil mark
and ideas of factory please

It's just such an impressive looking piece, and quite unusual with that feathering.

and thank u for all the suggestions.....will still hunt for the manufacturer until i am sure...and at the end of the day i will sell it with pleasure....as its not what i am putting together as a collection...so u would be welcome.
