a blue and clear goblet with a twisted stem (6.5 inches)

The goblet is not an uncommon thing, and could have been made in many places.
(I'm too scared to mention Empoli, it could be Bohemian or Italian (not Murano, though) or Polish.

I think the goblet may be Czech on the basis of the stem.

About the sound of glass, if you gently tap something with your fingernail, it should "ring" in some way.
If it thuds, there is a crack in it!

Still working on the blue goblet being Czech, I think. I need some books.
