Title: OREAD Glass - who makes it?

I have an attractive vase with pulled and folded petal shaping and blue run into clear, bought some years ago.  Label is "Oread" in black on a gold triangle, with a a red U-shape symbol.  I have seen this label on cheap glass such as bud vases (in Aseda style) and posy vases with frilled edge.
Anybody know anything about Oread?  Dealer suggested cheap Italian. :lol:
