I'm almost certain this is by Galliano Ferro, I've seen similar pieces with the "dimpled" finish and a GF label. There seem to be two types, one with the dimples in the inner layer and a smooth outer surface and the other, like this with them in the outer layer. It is 15cm. across and 7cm. deep and weighs 1.3 kilograms.
