Title: Murano duck - but who actually made it?
Post by: chilternhills on October 05, 2023, 01:10:07 PM
I've seen similar duck ornaments with a red, oval 'Made in Murano' label, but which studio actually made it? Others online say these were made in the 1960s or 1970s. It has silver foil liberally applied to the body under a casing of clear glass. The body is solid. It measures about 20 cm long, 9 cm wide, and 10 cm high. There are no labels or maker's marks that I can see.

Any help is appreciated.
