I have this vase, might be Gordiola, might not even be Spanish but I bought it in a Spanish rastro (flea market).
Can anyone shed any light on its maker - no signature that I can find.

Probably Royo of the rovers - no sorry shouldnt joke. :chky:

LOL - thanks John (I think!)
Decoration is nothing like the Royo I've seen but willing to be proved wrong. This is covered with lots of cutesy flowers in pinks and blues all painted ever so daintily.
Have zoomed in on it in attached picture but, then again, I guess you could all do that :-))

Haze, there are many vases that look similar to yours in the catalog of vases at www.gordiola.com. None of them is exact, however, and none are painted. The hand-painting on your vase looks thin in the pictures (meaning thinner than the Royo-style pieces). I suspect that the glass is from Gordiola Glassworks and that it may be fairly recent. It looks so much like the vases that are being made now.

Gordiola.

Haze's vase shows similar design aspects to mine shown here (http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pos=-4479), which is unsigned but painted and decorated in a style that has been suggested to be Royo. Mine was found at an antiques fair in southern England several years ago.
The Gordiolo online catalogue shows "Florero No 715" with a very similar colour to mine.
