Title: Copper wheel engraver ID sought

Hi all

I posted this request for the id of an engraved paperweight in the paperweight section without success, http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,55141.0.html (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,55141.0.html)

this type of engraving though is not usual on paperweights so wondered if perhaps someone here could  take a look and identify the engraver for me?
