I need help identify this paperweight. Does any one know from wich glasshouse / artist this paperweight is?

From Murano I would say but you will need someone more knowledgeable to narrow down a particular maker.

Is this paperweight new or old? I cannot find it anywhere on the internet.

Definitely Murano as I bought mine there when we visited Venice - Picture attached
