Title: An unusual floral weight
Post by: donaldf on December 04, 2015, 11:50:41 AM
Hiya All, this has just arrived today, and I'm really puzzled now! It is about 80mm diameter, 55mm tall to top of dome. It is very heavy (so is lead crystal). It has a smooth concave base, It has no signs of restoration. There was a 'similar' (in style) paperweight that sold recently on ebay and it had a blocking groove around the midriff and I was convinced that it was a St Mande. I missed that one but when i saw this one I thought it was potentially a St M too, and was fortunate to win this one.
This link is to the yellow flowered paperweight recently sold on ebay

any clues?

Don
