Yep, that works, I can see the photos, thank you. I'll try to come back later to check the attribution. I have to go out shortly.

The bowl in cagney’s first link above looks like it is probably nipt-diamond rather than from a diamond patterned mould. On the bottom rows of diamonds, it looks like there are pinch marks where the diamonds join adjacent diamonds in the row.

The ten diamond molding of this type [ sometimes termed a quilted diamond] does not seem that common. No shortage of the ten diamond over pointed flutes in the same manner. I think in lead glass most likely English. Could be the twin of your bowl in this link https://jeffreysevans.com/auction/pattern-molded-diamond-bowl/ and a wine rinserhttps://jeffreysevans.com/auction/pattern-molded-diamond-wine-rinser/

I feel very fortunate to have come across it. To my knowledge a one of a kind piece. The engraving makes it quite special. Good eye "m".

Report in the Pottery and Glass Trades' Journal from June 1879 intimating that Mr O'Fallon had 'recently' joined Messrs. Webb:
https://www.google.co.uk/books/edition/The_Pottery_Glass_Trades_Journal/hyUGAAAAQAAJ?hl=en&gbpv=1&dq=glass+Davenport+Fleet-street&pg=RA1-PA197&printsec=frontcover

Not entirely sure how many journals are printed in this online version but this is page 96 under June 1879.

So I'd say the date of this jug is still in question, or the designer:

Thanks for the pictures of the bowl and the footed bowl, such strong similarities with my bowl.
Cagney, you must have an encyclopedic mind when it comes to recalling images you have seen.
I wonder if the bowls are US produced or European?.
To my eye it seems the bubble was blown into the mould but then hot worked.
I say this because the diamonds in the pattern seem to be slightly  elongated in the middle and compressed at the base.
This is just pure conjecture.
Ekimp the mould lines in all directions seem rather strong and i cant see any evidence of that nipping process.
Thanks again,
Tim

I'd like to help, but Imgur recently blocked access to the site from the UK

I *think* its a PP5.  2-1/2".  No P cane that I can find.  8 spoke with translucent blue ground.  Concave polished base.  Paper lable.

Link to 3 pics on imgur.  Hope that works.
