The Japan Uranium Glass Collectors Club website.
JUGCC is the only one organization in Japan for Vaseline glass collectors.
JUGCC president is Dr. Tomabechi, who is known as a book writer on Vaseline glass (see below). Its members are uranium researchers, nuclear industry engineers, antique shops, and citizens who are interested in vaseline glass.
Also, it includes the engineers from Ningyo-touge, which was the only one uranium mine in Japan.
Vaseline glass contains a small quantity of uranium, and was manufactured mainly in Europe besides USA about 100 years ago. Its biggest characteristics is that it has fascinating fluorescence under the black light.
