I this weight really Perthshire?

I can`t find it in Mahoney and McClanahan.
Please: does anybody know where I can find the listed weights "after Mahoney"( after  1997 till the end)?

I'm pretty sure I can see a P cane below the flowers, and the listing says it has its label.  Looks fine to me......
