Title: Help ID small vintage paperweight

Help please to ID this small vintage paperweight.

Flat polished base, diameter about 2.25", height 1.5".
My best guess would be Bohemian / Silesian.

The maker of this paperweight is unknown, except that it is believed to originate in the region along the Czech - German border, hence the label Bohemian.  Most likely from Silesia or Thuringia.

Agreed. Probably Thuringian, 1880 - 1920.
