Title: Help to ID this Art Deco glass vase. ID = Rudolfova Hut

Help please to ID this Art Deco glass vase.

I have had a good look and can only find one other very similar vase which attributed it to possibly P D Avesn for Daum which I do not myself think it is.
It may well be French , Bohemian or another country.

Height 8.5"  / 22cm
Weight 1855gm
I would not go as far as to say it was uranium glass but it does glow quite green under a UV light.

I have one in amber, I'm sure it was id'd as Czech if I remember right  ::) ;D

It is indeed Czech, Sklo Union, and can be seen in the pre 1958 Rudolfova Hut catalogue. Pattern no. 11468
