Was just just adding Nový's Lisované Sklo a Krystalerie v Jizerských Horách (http://glass-study.org/biblio/index.php?action=resource_RESOURCECATEGORYEDIT_CORE&id=1921) to the bibliography and on page 62 THE BOX caught my eye...

Is THIS (http://sklo-union-glass.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage_images.tpl&product_id=374&category_id=36&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=1) one by Hlousek? Subject and other aspects would fit... date range might explain why it was identification resistant too.
