anyone agree it could be baccarat and who's the sulphide ? of, there are no marking's on the brass fitment, it measures just over 2" across and 2" high without the brass and it's been very well faceted

I think it may well be French or Belgian, but it would be unusual to find a Baccarat piece like this. Perhaps Clichy, as they made a wide range of items containing sulphides, or an 'unknown' smaller factory in Northern Europe.
