Title: Conical PW with Rings. ID = China

A conical PW with a green centre which is circled by two rings. Approx 10cms high. Is it Chinese?

Hi.  There are a lot very similar to this coming from China, and the base finish suggests Chinese to me.  I have put various links to Chinese makers/wholesalers in other threads, but just Google 'Alibaba Chinese Murano paperweight' and try some of the results for thousands of examples.
