I considered Monart, but decided that particular shade of green is more Vasart. ;)

Does anyone know if these were made in large or limited numbers as I've never seen another on all my travels ?

I'm farily sure I'd have noticed it if I ever had seen any, which suggests I have not.

Keith I think there might be some info on Dial in the Charles Hajdamach's 20th Century British Glass book?

Thanks m, that's the only place apart from Frank's Scottish glass site, I contacted  Plowden & Thompson a while ago to see if they had any information and as usual I'm still waiting. I must amend my original post it's not 'bullrush'  pattern, it maybe 'pistachio'  ::) ;D ;D
