Rather elegant tall candlesticks (http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b217/lustrousstone/IMG_0540.jpg). I've tried Pamela's site but no joy. Any ideas please? Where is she BTW?
-
Christine they look very much like mine in clear glass here: http://yobunny.org.uk/gallery1/displayimage.php?pos=-133
Mine have Rd No 802467 on them as registered by Hoskins Rose & Co. on 1st May 1935.
(Re other question, see email. )
-
Thank you Anne. ;D I don't know if mine are marked cos I don't know which box they're in and I've been meaning to post them for a while :-[
-
When you do manage to dig them out Christine, it's worth knowing that the RD number is quite hard to find on mine so may not be immediately obvious on yours either. I found it by feel rather than sight initially. :)
-
Christine, did you ever manage to find your pink candlesticks again and did they have the RD no on them?
-
Um, they're in a box, er somewhere - that'll be a no then
-
Well if they are the same as mine then Marcus has just id'd them. 8) http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,814.0.html

Well that saves me braving the boxes, thank you Marcus. Another for filing :-*
-
I've found them! And, no they don't have a registered number on them
-
At last! ;D ;D ;D Thanks Christine. :-*
David Watts told me a while back that, on average, only 1 in 4 moulds was marked with the RD no. so seeing unmarked ones isn't a surprise. I have some of the Czech tripod candlesticks - some are marked, the rest aren't. 8)
