Millville Footed White Crimp Rose Art Glass Paperweight or a look alike - ???
There is odd gray / black " dirt " in the white , a lot of air bubbles
3 1/2 " high 3 14 " wide , 1 lb 10.2 ounces weight , lots of wear on the base
