Purchased a nice tumbler and wondered how old it might be it does
seem to have oodles of wear to the base and the rim from years of
usage and has been fairly Naively engraved with floral motifs over
much of the body it measures 12 cm tall and has been signed to the
base with what looks like Boyz maybe?? Thanks for looking.

More likely Boyes, perhaps.

A lot of this type of thing is attributed to Stiegel but I think most of it, like yours, was made in Germany/Bohemia, around 1800?

Could it be from the Bon factory in Murano who specialise in replicas?
