We had this on the Board back in July 2005 - http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,2007.msg13761.html#msg13761 - but the tinypics have gone so useful to add some new ones.
Unmarked, although believe many pieces from this designer are signed, and attribution for this one taken from Vigier & Pina (Smoke & Ice - page 110) and Jackson (20th Century Factory Glass - page 107).
This vase is 6.5" (maximum) with the other Board piece at 8.5" and the book examples appearing to both be 10.5". The horizontal optic ribbing gives great effect of fish and net looking as though they're in water, and the mitres of the fish giving a sort of 3D effect.
