Title: Is this Czech? Canadian?

I have no idea what the origins of this lovely dish are. Bought it because it winked at me and said "take me home!". I am the only one who gets accosted by dishes? You know, you're walking along minding your own business at an estate sale or garage sale, maybe an antique show or mall, and a dish literally jumps out at you and you can't take your eyes off it? That happened with this one. Picked it up for a paltry $20. Don't care if that's all it's worth because it's so pretty to look at!

Canadian or Belgian is my first guess. Have you checked the Chalet glass sites for similar items? Does not look Czech to me @ all.
