Morning all,
Can anyone shed any light on this vase and who it maybe attributed to please? I'm assuming it's new but not sure if it is indeed Murano. I cannot find the label anywhere on the net.
The label reads 'Vetro Esquito Secondo la Tecnica dei Maestri Di Murano Made in Italy' rough translation is 'Glass Esequito according to the technique of the Masters of Murano.
It is approx 17.5" high and 19" in diameter at it's widest point.
cheers,
Alan

This was the best I could do with the label.

'Vetro Esquito Secondo la Tecnica dei Maestri Di Murano Made in Italy' more accurately translates as 'Glass executed according to the technique of the Masters of Murano.
- which suggests it has never been anywhere near there. I would think it might be either Empoli - or perhaps a product from the factory of Francesco Barbini in Martelago.
