Title: Phoenix Consolidated French Crystal line lamp base?

I find Phoenix Consolidated vases in this style described as Martele French Crystal vases or Fairy vases. This is the only lamp base in this style that I have found, though.

I have a similar lamp base in pottery, I think made by Muncie Pottery, that I have never been able to find any information about and it is also the only example that I have seen. Muncie Pottery copied some Consolidated Phoenix glass pieces in pottery, according to the Phoenix Consolidated Collectors Club web site. I've never gotten a response to any of my emails to PCGCC.

On my glass lamp, it looks like the harp and socket have possibly been replaced. I was wondering if anyone knows if Phoenix Consolidated did make this lamp and if the rest (finial, crown/font cap and base) is original. I have found a few images of other P C lamps with somewhat similar crowns but nothing exactly the same. 

Also wondering what the original shade looked like.
