Title: Need help Identifying large vase with Tendrils

Almost 10 inches tall, and quite heavy. Has internal pulls ( resembles Paul Manners style ). Signed on base, but do not recognize signature. Stouffer, Stauffer.....etc...any help is greatly appreciated. Thnx for looking.
