Title: What is it? Bowl? Object? Seems to have a bit of quality about it. German? Scan?

I can't tell one of these what's-em-a-call-its from another.

Base is quite unusual:
deep pontil
ground and chamfered  base
no signature I can see but the 2 details above suggest a bit quality rather than cheap mass production? Perhaps German or Scandi?

Please help ID

deep pontil
ground and chamfered base.
Looks decent quality although it looks a little generic.

Bayel in France (amongst others) did bowls similar to this. Use the board's search function to pull up more examples.

My similar-in-style Bayel bowl doesn't have a deep pontil, it's polished flat at the base. I don't know if that could be a variation, or that that might point to a different origin for scavo's bowl.
