Title: Printed foil label – German? – ID = Phönix Glashüttenwerk

Can anyone identify this printed foil label (on a flashed amber and amethyst on clear perfume flask), please?

I believe the translated legend reads “Real Lead Crystal Pressed”, but I don’t recognise the logo on the label.
