12 inches high,polished pontil mark,gilding worn a little,marked on the base 1711 or 1811,not the date ::),maybe Harrach or other? ;D ;D

No idea why I´m writing that, but the flowers somehow look french to me... ???
I think the style reminds me bit of the spatter glass type with gold decoration you
find made by Clichy, Leveille etc.

Thanks Dirk,never even considered France,more research required ;D ;D

I seem to remember having seen those slim-petal-flowers on vases like these:
Zeschwitz (http://www.von-zezschwitz.de/detail.php?onlinecatalog=1&chapter=15&objectid=18378&ref=%252Fonlinecatalog.php%253Fid%253D32%2526chapter%253D15%2526view%253Dgallery%2526language%253Denglisch&id=32&language=englisch)
ebay.fr (http://cgi.ebay.fr/Magnifique-vase-verre-emaille-Art-nouveau-Legras-Clichy-Sevres-Pantin-1-4-kg-2--/180971351913?pt=FR_JG_C%C3%A9ramiques_Verre&hash=item2a22bbaf69)
Not too sure about the attributions given in the descriptions... ;)
I could imagine there have been many glassworks using this style.

the colour reminds me of this one - attributed to Legras. I haven't found anything in my meagre supply of books but
I'll keep looking though as the shape looks familiar.
