This could be a complete misdirection however there is information here on Pressglas Korrespondenz regarding Russian examples of Launay Hautin glass:

These have different markings on the base to that on yours.  However I was just wondering if perhaps yours might not be H & V but perhaps Cyrillic?  I couldn't see the mark on yours very well though so this suggestion could be way off course.

That said, your pattern looks very similar to that in the Launay Hautin catalogue.  Perhaps it was later produced piece not in those catalogues?  or an earlier piece? For example I have a piece not in the catalogues (1840 or 1841) however it is thought to be an 1830s piece from probably Saint Louis.

Lustrousstone: ScotlandsGlass is not broken, but does have technical problems - it is slow and frequently times out ☹ …one just has to keep trying.

Seanynicks: What would you expect? The site includes images, to help you identify the item, includes information like the official name, year of first issue, whether a limited design, and the name of the designer … in the case of Pyramids Caithness didn't list an individual, just the "Design Studio".

Looks like a "Coral" (orange version), first issued in 1972 - but it was classified as second and used to practise engraving - also in order to make sure it would not be taken for a "production item". It should be marked "CIIG" or "C2G" on the base, and was usually sold in the factory shop.

Looks like a Perthshire "Marble" - which (despite the name) has a flattened base. See page 155 of the "Complete Guide ..."

The date of the urn in the book is c.1795. It has a bell shaped lid and more cutting around the rim. He says in the text that “…the sprig and oval engraved device is reminiscent of English work”.

Glass / American glass artist, signed "Bar"? Who is/was this?

This vase is about 6.5" high x 4" widest diameter, snapped pontil, signed "Bar 03" on the bottom. I am not certain that the last letter is "r", but it looks like it to me. Guessing a U.S. glass artist since I found it in the U.S. Has anyone encountered this artist's work before/know who they are?

This little vase is most likely Anchor Hocking. American, mould blown and quite thin.

Zbigniew Horbowy's work is much bigger, thicker and heavier, and while he may have used moulds for a cylindrical base shape, they were much more freehand in the finish.
Horbowy's work looks much more like quite adventurous studio glass. His bulges in things are rather more space-age in appearance than this very traditional little posy vase.  :)

The reference I have for Horbowy is in the Ceramics and Glass book published by the museum in Krakow. I am rather fond of his work and have a couple of bits. ;D

I'm a bit confused.
Correct - Caithness is marking their seconds "CIIG" - but if this were a Caithness second, no design number would be scratched on the base. If a code starting with a single(!) letter, followed by numbers is marked on the base, this would be a running number for unlimited weight for a given year (indicated by the letter) - but NEVER with seconds.
I am not saying this is not Caithness - but finding the design will be difficult - with more than 4000 designs around.
