Title: Baffling stamp mark on modern paperweight

Hi, can anyone help me with this mark? I thought at first it was the three lions of Guernsey Glass being displayed on a flag. But, having examined my new purchase at home, it looks nothing like the famous three lions. I don't even know which way it should be: is that a flagpole on the right? Is that some sort of key on the far right? Or, if I turn it through 90 degrees, is it a castle with a line underneath? The paperweight itself seems modern and unremarkable.
