Title: Help with Label ID please (european 1960's?) - = Ingridglas, Germany

I wonder if anyone recognises this (manufacturer's) label?

Couldn't find it in my library or usual online haunts.

If I had to guess I'd say european, maybe Belgium or France and late 60's through 70's for a date.
The letters may be GI?
