Title: Verify Maker (Salviati) please

Hi can anyone verify the maker and date of this vase as I have had a inky blue one for a few years and never knew who made it.

The swan in this previous thread looks the same as yours. Still not much to go on though. Hopefully someone will recognise the artist soon.

Thanks for the link Trudy I have seen these vases on Ebay and just wondered who made them. Nobody seems to know for sure.

Hi Jan,
I really dont think this is a Salviati piece. I would go on the advice of Ivo, on the thread posted by Trudy.
I havent seen anything similar related to Murano.

I have to admit I would never have thought of it as Murano, it was moved to here by Cathy B. If I remember correctly the Ebay listings, my settings are for Worldwide, all originated in the UK therefore likely British made but of course France is near.

Hi Jan,

Now it's been established that it's not Salviati (from Murano), I've moved it back to Glass - I hope you don't mind the shuffling about! It might take a while, but someone may pop in one day who knows the maker.
