These weren't taken from an online auction, were they? But bigger photos would make all the difference: 640x480 or thereabouts would be ideal.

It's definitely not Holmegaard.

It's a fairly new / brand new piece from... Poland, I would say.

No they aren't from an auction.I've spent awhile downsizing all my pictures to the 200pixels the help page recommends ,looks like I need to enlarge them again!What size do you recommend in pixels ,I did 200x180.

Hi Paul, the optimum is less than 200 kilobytes rather than 200 pixels.  I usually do mine as a jpg so that they are compressed and under the 200kb, and size them so that the longest axis is around the 1000 pixels mark, this seems to work fine.
