Could anyone advise me as to the makers or origins of these two pieces please?

1 is either Chinese or Boussu from Belgium - a bit hard to see at this distance. Check with a magnifyer to see the screened decoration. The Chinese version has quite large dots inthe rastered decor.
2 looks like a hand decorated factory piece done by an amateur.

This Vase has handpainted flowers i see with a magnifier, all in red is drawn on by hand. Printed Butterfly mind-you close print. Any thoughts?.

I agree with Ivo, the hyacinth vase is a cheap mass-produced piece painted by an amateur at home using glass paints, sorry.
I also think he's probably right about the printed piece. If you can't see any dots in the printing its possibly from Belgium
