Title: Cut crystal cordials

My husband and I had a date day on Good Friday and happened upon four glasses.  Anyone know what they are?

They each have a gold framed and lettered red label that says "Hand cut crystal Bulgaria.

Any info?

Pretty weird to find those in the west. The Bulgarian glass industry normally caters for the Bulgarian market  only, with hardly any export at all. It seems your glasses are quickly decorated, and would probably have been part of a decanter + 6 glasses set. Timewise I'd say last quarter of the 20th century. Use them for sherry, and don't be heartbroken if you smash one. Cheers.

I sure am having fun with all of this and thank you all so very much for the help!  This is a very nice place and I've been telling everyone and anyone I can about it.  Including a lady in my town who owns an antique mall.  Hope to see her online some time.
