This is listed on Ebay item 280106666416 as Hartley Wood but it looks too modern to me.

1993 Hartley Wood were still in business. What else would a stamp with HW signify?

Hi Adam,  Yes I certainly got it WRONG !!!!!!   I did not realize that they were still going in 1993.
