Title: bubble textured bowl

hi,any help with id of maker,bubble effect underside,smooth on inside,measures 20cms wide,thanks<img src="http://auctionsuite.com/uploads/48hr_uploads/1cc.jpg">still cannot get image on board,keeps coming up with box with red cross

I see these bowls regularly I'm afraid - I'm pretty sure they're recent production but I'm not sure who would have made them - Polish p'raps?

I saw one exactly like this with 'Original Recycled Glass - Made in Spain' on it.  No wonder there are so many about though, it's a nice looking bowl.  :)
